1. Who We Are

GTA6LatestNews.com is a fan-operated, community-driven website dedicated entirely to Grand Theft Auto VI. We are a group of GTA fans who have been playing since GTA III on PS2 and have been counting down to GTA 6 since Rockstar first hinted at it. This site is run by Secret Sauce — not by Rockstar Games, not by Take-Two Interactive, and not by anyone with any official connection to either.

We built this site because we love the franchise. That's it. No corporate agenda, no investor pressure, no data harvesting empire. Just fans, for fans.

2. What We Collect (And Why)

We keep this minimal, because as GTA fans we know what it feels like to have a game company harvest your data and sell it back to you as a microtransaction. We don't do that here.

• Email addresses — only if you voluntarily signed up for news alerts. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click, no questions asked. We will only ever email you about GTA 6 news.
• Basic server logs — standard access logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Used only to keep the site secure and running. Not shared. Deleted within 30 days.
• Comments — if you post a comment on an article, we store your chosen name and comment text. No account is required. Your email address (optional in comments) is never displayed publicly.

We do not collect: your real name, your location, your gaming history, your PSN/Xbox gamertag, your GTA Online stats, or anything else that would let us build a profile on you. We are fans, not the IAA.

3. Cookies

We use only the minimum cookies required to make the site function — session state, that kind of thing. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, Facebook tracking, or any third-party behavioural analytics. There are no cookie consent pop-ups here because we don't run the kind of invasive tracking that requires one.

You can disable cookies in your browser and this site will work fine. Unlike some other websites we won't punish you for it.

4. No Ads, No Advertisers, No Data Selling

This site is fan-made and currently runs without advertising revenue. We do not have advertising partners. We do not participate in ad networks. We do not have data brokers who receive any information from this site.

If you made a donation to help keep the servers running, that transaction was handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — not even for a second. Stripe's privacy policy governs that process: stripe.com/privacy.

We will never sell your email address. Not for $1. Not for $1,000. Not for the GTA 6 PC release date. Your data stays here.

5. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party services to run this site:

• Google Fonts — loads the typefaces you see on this site. Google may log the request. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — donation processing only. We never receive your payment details.

That's the complete list. No Meta Pixel. No TikTok tracking. No mystery analytics dashboards. We are fans, not a marketing department.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws. Honestly, we support all of them, because respecting people's data is just the right thing to do regardless of what the law says.

• You can ask us what data we hold about you.
• You can ask us to delete it. We will.
• You can unsubscribe from email alerts at any time using the link in any email we've sent you.
• You can file a complaint with your local data authority, though we'd genuinely prefer you just emailed us first so we can fix whatever the problem is.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change anything material about how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. We won't bury it in a 47-page terms update like a certain social media company. If the change is significant, we'll mention it in the site news.
